This time around, you can do something that’s good for you, and the environment, while still staying fashionable (in a culinary sense), by incorporating more organics into the things you eat (and drink!).
And why not get a jumpstart on going green, and impress your friends, with some creatively crafted cocktails? In a recent interview with Rodale News, Paul Abercrombie, author of Organic, Shaken & Stirred, offered useful ideas for incorporating lively libations into the New Years Eve celebration, as well as a few recipes to keep the cocktail shaker busy all night long.
