Paul Abercrombie, author of "Organic, Shaken and Stirred"
On Tuesday, November 10, join Paul Abercrombie, author of Organic, Shaken and Stirred, as he mixes up organic cocktails at Counter, the organic martini bar and bistro in New York City. He will mix up some eco-friendly drinks, hand out fabulous samples of his recipes, sign copies of his book, and answer all your burning questions about sustainable booze. If we care about our organic produce and coffee, why not hold spirits to the same standard? As Paul has said, “A glass is just a funny-looking plate.”
There is no admission charge, so bring your thirsty friends and come on down. Cocktails samples are free, with full-size cocktails available for sale at the bar. The evening is co-sponsored by Cuca Fresca cachaça and Philadelphia Distilling, makers of Bluecoat gin.
